  2. We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to confirm.
  3. Your login is removed straight away and permanently deleted after 24 hours. The email we send has a link to undo it within that time.

You can also do this from the Kintana app or website under Settings, Account.

What is deleted

Your name, email, sign-in methods (Google, Apple, passkeys), notification settings and device tokens, and any feature suggestions or votes you made.

What is kept

Events, orders, tickets, invoices and payouts belong to the workspace (the venue or promoter), not to you personally, so they stay with the workspace for its other team members. Financial records are kept for as long as tax law requires, usually up to 7 years. If you are the only owner of a workspace and want it removed too, email us after deleting your account.

Deleting some data without closing your account

Sign in and delete the items you no longer want: events, contacts, messages, files and team members can each be deleted from their page. To remove a person's contact record and message history, open the contact and choose Delete.
